For Luxe Decor, I led the complete rebuild of their eCommerce platform — developing a fully custom WooCommerce site tailored to their unique business needs. The project included the creation of a custom booking system, deep customization of PHP templates, and performance optimizations that significantly improved site speed and user experience.

In addition to the backend work, I implemented on-page SEO strategies targeting 1–5 high-priority keywords across key landing pages. This helped boost organic visibility and drive quality traffic to the site. The result is a fast, flexible, and beautifully designed storefront built to scale with the business.
