DocBuddy AI is a personal side project aimed at solving a common modern problem: managing and making sense of countless digital documents. Built with Next.js, Express, Postgres, and Python, this app offers a smart, AI-powered document storage experience.

The goal is to let users upload files like tax letters, leases, receipts, or invoices — and have the system automatically extract key information, summarize content, and categorize them for easy access. By integrating AI into the file management workflow, DocBuddy AI helps reduce digital clutter and makes important information instantly searchable and usable.

This project is an exploration of how artificial intelligence can make everyday tasks like document organization more intuitive, and it's a foundation for more powerful tools to come.
